Dr. Caisson Hogue
Dr. Caisson Hogue is a board certified Family Physician. He’s pictured here with his wife Tiffany Hogue. They were born and bred Texans, but now proudly call themselves South Carolinians after planting roots and starting a family here in Summerville. They moved to South Carolina in 2005, completing his Family Medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Upon graduating in 2008, Dr. Hogue joined Palmetto Primary Care Physicians. He is now an owner/partner and serves on the board of directors. He is also the acting Chief Medical Informatics Officer. He has a full family medicine practice located at 809 N. Cedar street in Summerville where he and his amazing staff love to do one thing - take care of people. After seeing the benefits his wife enjoyed with Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, he completed additional training in Chicago in order to offer his patients the same level of care and wellness.
Candice Jones FNP
Candice is pictured here with her husband Matthew Jones. Candice is a Family Nurse Practitioner, a wife, and a mother of two. She was born and raised in Monroe, MI where she worked for many years as a Registered Nurse. After moving to Charleston she started and completed her NP schooling at Walden University. After graduation she was trained in hormone replacement therapy and became certified in BHRT pellet insertion. Her training and compassion allow her to provide a unique and individualized treatment plan for both men and women.
